At Dancyn 3D Prints, we want you to be thrilled with your custom creations; if your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that because each item is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or personalized designs.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your 3D printed item.

Provide Documentation

Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging to help our quality control team assess the defect or shipping damage.

Receive Authorization

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our workshop.

Ship and Process

Package the item securely and ship it back to us; once received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or start your replacement print.
